    Dallas Asian American Youth Orchestra

DAAYO Evening // Hill Performance Hall GenAdm

The Dallas Asian American Youth Orchestra (DAAYO)’s evening concert on February 23th, 2025 will feature our Philharmonic and Symphony Orchestras, as well as our Chamber group. We’ll also have a special soloist and renowned pipa virtuoso, Dr. Yuxin Mei, performing Pipa Concerto No. 2 by Zhao Jiping with our Symphony orchestra. This concert is an exciting night of classical music that is suitable for the whole family.

Award winning conductors Matthew Moreno (Symphony) & Sadarius Slaughter (Philharmonic) conduct our two full orchestras, while Dallas Symphony Co-concertmaster Nathan Olson and Dallas Symphony first violin Daphne Volle coach our chamber groups.
